Our Team Building, Leadership Coaching, Professional Development & Training is designed to transform people and culture through personal insights.
Our mission is simple, teach professionals how to excel. We work with corporations, city, state and government agencies, schools, industry affinity networks, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), collegiate academic programs, the places where mastering relationships is critical. Our focus is on soft-skill awareness, development, and improvement.
At IN-18, we help corporations build more diverse, equitable and inclusive environments using communication, conversations, and golf (when requested).
