Custom Workshop Training

Training delivered and developed by IN-18 LLC is human-centric and experiential. The benefit of our approach is that it is agile, dynamic and embraces continuous improvement. IN-18 LLC provides tangible strategies to bring forward the most desired outcome from training. It starts with understanding our target audience, their communication styles, and desired goal. We help our clients deepen their awareness of topics through a series of training activities, role-playing, and other exercises. This creates a bridge from classroom learning, to real life application.

At IN-18, we believe transformation starts from within. We meet with the training coordinator to customize the training content and select real-life examples. The IN18 team will plan, facilitate, and execute each training session focusing on core soft-skills. We offer add-on services like group and individual coaching when there is a greater need that extends beyond training. Our training approach is “centered” in four ways: learner-centered, knowledge-centered, community-centered, and assessment-centered. Through individualized constructive guidance, each participant gains greater insight on how to improve. The success of our approach can be attributed to direct and clear communication.
