IN-18 LLC (IN18) is a Professional Development company using experiences to help people and organizations reach their greatest potential. Our focus is leadership development, building teams, and thought leadership. Through executive and leadership coaching, executive retreats, team-building golf events, and professional development training, we show our clients how to leverage soft skills to be better leaders.

LaToya “LJ” Finney is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) and ICF PCC (Professional Certified Coach) with over 20 years of experience in Wall Street and Technology. Through her company, IN-18 LLC, she helps individuals and organizations grow through leadership development, coaching, and innovative experiences — including golf as a powerful tool for connection.

A forward-thinking, trailblazing leader, LJ blends the timeless wisdom of golf with cutting-edge leadership techniques. Like LJ herself, IN-18 LLC is imaginative, adventurous, and constantly pushing boundaries to drive meaningful change and empower clients to reach new heights.

Professional Background

LJ holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Long Island University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from NYU Tandon School of Engineering. She is a PMP-certified project manager and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). With 20+ years of experience, she has led complex, high-stakes technology projects and brings that same precision and vision to coaching leaders and teams.

Leadership & Community Involvement

LJ serves as President of the NYC Chapter of the LPGA Amateur Golf Association and is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Recognized as one of the Network Journal’s 40 Under 40, she is committed to helping professionals thrive and leading with impact across industries and communities.

Her Story

“When I began my career in Technology, I always felt that I had more to offer.”

Though she built a successful career in Financial Technology, LJ discovered her true calling through mentoring and coaching others. After delivering numerous high-risk, high-value projects, she took the leap to create IN-18 LLC — merging her corporate experience with her love for golf and passion for helping others grow.

Golf became more than a hobby; it was a tool for building authentic relationships and developing soft skills. She now shares those strategies with individuals and organizations looking to unlock potential and foster strong, connected teams.
